Park Avenue Equestrian creates opportunities to experience it directly.Our signature program, the Park Avenue Equestrian Executive Leadership Experience, is a private half-day experience designed to help leaders examine how they communicate, establish trust, navigate uncertainty, set boundaries, and influence others.Participants are guided through a series of non-riding interactions with horses, followed by purposeful reflection and workplace application.
